You text me, email me, or call me. "We're closed the week of the fourth." "New number." "Put these three photos on the gallery." "We do septic now."
It goes up. You don't file a request, you don't learn an editor, and you don't get a bill for fifteen minutes of somebody's time.
Why I don't hand you a page editor
Most businesses that get handed a content editor use it twice and never touch it again — usually after something breaks the layout and nobody wants to risk it a second time. Meanwhile the site drifts out of date because updating it is now a chore that belongs to somebody who's already busy.
Sending me a text is faster than logging in. So that's the system.
The upkeep you don't see

What if I want something changed?
Tell me and I'll change it. That's true before you've paid and it stays true afterwards — new hours, new photos, a new service, a new phone number. Send it over and it goes up.
There's no ticket system and no editor for you to learn. A text message is the fastest way to update your website.
Who handles the domain and the technical stuff?
I do — registration, hosting, security, renewals, all of it. It's part of the deal, not an upsell. You run your business; when anything about the website comes up, you call one person: me.
