Based in Ponca City. Building across northern Oklahoma.
Most of my work sits within about an hour of home, which means I can drive out and shake your hand if you'd rather do it that way. Every town below has sites I've built in it, most of them on spec.

Towns I'll drive to that don't have a page yet
Perry (7 built), Newkirk (3 built), Tonkawa (2 built), Pawhuska (1 built), Kaw City (none yet) — all within reasonable distance, and I'd take the work tomorrow. There's no page for them because a handful of spec builds isn't enough to say anything true about a town, and a page that's just this one with the name swapped is worse than no page. When there's enough to show, they'll get one.
